“One happy, tired hound.”

"I never have a single worry when my Baxter is at Camp Greyhound....Karen Ward takes care of him like he is her own dog......and Baxter always comes back one happy, tired hound."

“We trust her completely.”

The Quints have been going to Camp for the past 5 years, and love going to visit their Auntie Karen. We trust her completely with their care, and know that Mamma Rio, Willy-Bear, Tiana, Mr. Merlin and Miss Mirage are treated like one of the family when they are with Karen. It is especially heartwarming to see our shy spooky girl, Tiana run up to Karen with her tail wagging, begging for snuggles as soon as she gets know she is at a special place when you see that! Thanks so much, Karen!

"Camp Greyhound is the only place I take Gayla. Karen Ward's love, knowledge and expertise of greyhounds is reassuring when setting out on vacation. Karen has created an environment that is specific to this breed so they are loved, happy, and safe."

"Worth the drive."

We love sending our "fur-kids" to Camp Greyhound - worth the drive! We know they are treated well by people who know the breed and treat them like they are their own! Karen has also been there anytime we have had questions about their health!

"Pampered beyond compare."

We can't say enough about the exceptional care Karen and Michelle provide for our pooch when he gets to visit Camp Greyhound. We have used the service several times and we are blown away at the love, caring and compassion that our Gary receives. He is pampered beyond compare, with a wonderful yard complete with sand pits, wading pools and shadowy nooks to snooze beneath. A comfy bed or couch is at the ready.

Recently, Karen & Michelle watched over Gary as he recouperated from a serious injury. The peace of mind knowing he was getting the very best care was priceless. We truly know that his recovery was aided greatly by Karen and Michelle. Can't thank Camp Greyhound enough!
